Ingredients
- 1 (15oz) can organic black beans - rinsed & drained
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbs oil (I use coconut)
- ¼ cup of cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- a pinch of salt
- ¾ cup of sugar (or I've used approx ¼ cup of granulated Stevia for my non-sugar eating kiddo)
- 1 tsp of instant coffee granules (optional)
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Put beans. eggs, & oil into blender.... blend until smooth
- Add the rest of the ingredients (excpet for chocolate chips)
- Blend until well combined
- Pour into a greased 8x8 pan
- Fold in the chocolate chips or just sprinkle across the top
- Bake for 20-30 mins.
- Let cool before cutting... Enjoy!
