- Mix first eight ingredients together in a 9x13 pan
- Cover & Bake for 2 - 21/2 hours
- During the last 45 minutes of bake time, stir in your grated veggies
- During the last few minutes, top with cheese, if desired

This easy, healthy & delicious dish has become a family favorite... and always seems to disappear quickly, any time it is served. -- It could also be easily converted into a vegetarian dish, if wanted! Enjoy!!
